Chocolate Transfer Sheets can be used either in Cake Decorations or on Chocolates to make Designer Chocolates.
Procedure to Make Designer Chocolates with nice prints of Transfer Sheets
Chocolate Magnetic Moulds are used with the Transfer Sheets. These moulds having magnet at one end. On this end you cut the Transfer sheet in appropriate size of chocolate mould and place it on magnetic side and then place transparent mould on it. Now in the mould, you put in chocolate as the normal process (Plain chocolate without center filling) and then referigerate it and then you get it out of mould by doing mould upside down
You will see the print on the sheet gets printed on the chocolate upper part. This chocolate is not packed in silver foil. It is served with Chocolate Paper Cup and then displayed in Transparent box or Tray.
